About Home Service Bridge

Helping homeowners explore local service options and connect with independent providers by phone.

Who We Are

Home Service Bridge is an independent referral platform. We do not provide, perform, or supervise any home services. We may receive compensation when users connect with providers through our website.

Finding a service provider can mean searching through many local businesses, each with its own contact process and availability. Home Service Bridge exists to simplify that first step: instead of searching multiple websites or phone numbers, homeowners can call a single number for the service they need and be connected with a provider who may be able to help.

Home Service Bridge is not affiliated with any single service provider or company. We work with independent, third-party providers who operate their own businesses, set their own prices, and make their own scheduling decisions. Our role ends once a call is connected.

Home Service Bridge is designed to grow into a platform covering multiple service categories over time. Pest Control is the first category available, with additional categories planned.

Our current focus is Pest Control — residential pest control and wildlife removal services.

How It Works

Here is what happens when you use this website:

1

Choose a Service and Call

The phone number for each service category is shown on that category's page. When you call, your call is routed through a call tracking and routing system operated by our third-party partners.

2

We Transfer Your Call

Based on information such as your general location and the type of service you need, your call is transferred to an independent, third-party service provider that serves your area.

3

The Provider Handles Your Service

From that point forward, the provider you are connected with is responsible for scheduling, pricing, licensing, insurance, and the work itself. Home Service Bridge does not take part in the service call, the appointment, or the work performed.

How We Make Money

Home Service Bridge operates on a referral compensation model, sometimes called pay-per-call. When a call placed through our website is connected to a service provider, we may receive a payment from that provider or from a third-party marketing partner involved in that connection.

This compensation is what allows us to make this website and phone connection service available to homeowners without charging them a fee to use it. You do not pay Home Service Bridge anything to call a number shown on our website or to be connected with a provider.

Being compensated for a connection does not mean we have reviewed, endorsed, or guaranteed the provider you are connected with. Compensation reflects that a call took place — it is not a certification of a provider's licensing, insurance, pricing, or the outcome of any work performed.

The price you pay for any service, if you choose to move forward, is set directly between you and the provider. Home Service Bridge has no role in that price and does not receive any portion of payments made for the service itself, separate from the referral compensation described above.

What We Don't Do

To make our role clear, Home Service Bridge does not:

Act as a contractor for any service category

Perform repair, installation, or maintenance work

Employ or directly manage technicians

Set the price, schedule, or scope of any service performed

Take responsibility for the work performed by any independent provider

Any work you receive is performed entirely by the independent provider you are connected with, under that provider's own business practices and the licensing requirements that apply in your state.

Our Commitment

Our goal is to give homeowners clear, accurate information about their service options and a simple way to connect with an independent provider by phone.

We aim to be transparent about how this website works, how calls are handled, and how we are compensated, so homeowners understand exactly what Home Service Bridge does — and does not do — before they pick up the phone.
